From tutoring to coaching, or just donating time to local schools and organizations, each employee can find a way to make their mark.

As a company

Our employee-driven Impact Committee is fully supported by donations from our team. Fundraiser events are held throughout the year, supporting families both inside and outside our walls.

From collecting gifts during holidays, to lending a hand during a specific time of need, we treat each other like family.

As community members

Our corporate giving committee supports non-for-profit groups through sponsorship opportunities, our presence at fundraisers and direct monetary gifts.

We focus on supporting organizations that provide services for children, the arts or greater community support.

Impacting 30,000 Lives Annually

Our reach goes far beyond charitable events. Each year, we impact the lives of over 30,000 individuals through the products and services we distribute. For those individuals and their families, the lasting significance of these insurance solutions reaches years into the future.

We also sponsor community events such as the Three Rivers Festival, Fort Wayne Music Festival and Middle Waves. And with 200 employees outside of Fort Wayne, local communities across the country — including our offices in Freehold, Overland Park and Phoenix — benefit from our caring culture.
